hi i just looked at my account and i see that my payment was due on the second of dec. i want to know if you can remove the fee if i occurred one please.. thank you

If your loan or credit card account has been assessed with a late fee, you may contact our Banking Specialists directly over the phone or at a local TD Bank Store during lobby hours to determine if it can be waived as a courtesy. To speak with us via telephone, please dial 888-561-8861 if you are referring to your TD Visa credit card and dial 800-937-5020 if you have a loan, line of credit or mortgage account with us. After account verification, they can review your payment history and fee refund history together with you and make the decision at that time. Both numbers are available 24/7.
If you have an Auto Loan with TD Auto Finance, please contact a TD Auto Finance Representative directly. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to help you.
