Hi I was calling to get the status on a recent transaction. I paid the first installment of my tuition for school on NYE and I haven't seen it come out of my account yet. Is there any way you can check on that for me to make sure it went through? Thank you very much!

When you schedule a payment using your account number and routing number, you are giving the business or individual the authority to debit funds using this information on the date you've specified prior to submission. This being mentioned, the business or individual you've paid would be responsible for submitting the debit. After which, it may take up to 2 business days to apply to your account.
