Great question, Andrei, and thanks for stopping by TD Helps for your answer. We are happy to assist you!
The quickest and easiest way to review your account activities including pending transactions is by using our online banking website. If you are already enrolled for our online banking, please login to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you would be able to view your TD account balance online right after logging on to your account. You will also see a Pending Transactions column on the same screen. You can click on the dollar amount you see listed under Pending Transitions column to review a breakdown of all transactions pending on your account for the day.
Just in case that you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your Checking account number, ATM/debit card number, and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
If you have a Business Checking account with us and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, we can help too! Please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application using your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password. In case you don't have a debit card for your account or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help also. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
In addition to our regular online banking service, we also offer Mobile Banking services. The TD Bank Mobile App is available for most iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices so you can manage your banking needs anytime, anywhere with the quick, easy and secure Mobile App. After you are enrolled for online banking, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The Username and Password that the Mobile App will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for you Online Banking Profile on our website.
If you don't have online access at this moment, you can also access up-to-the-minute account balance, transactions (including both pending and posted items) 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling our automated banking system, contacting our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at the same telephone number listed above or by visiting one of our convenient locations near you.
Additionally, seeing that you are writing to us from Canada, we'd like to let you know that you've reached TD Bank here in the U.S. If you meant to connect with our friends from up North at TD Canada trust, no worries, we'd be happy to get you there! We invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1GjEVYX as our fellow teammate, Kim from up North, answered a similar question which we believe could help. If this doesn't answer your question, please feel free to submit your own inquiry on the TD Helps page, which can be found here: http://bit.ly/1qHQQns. You can also reach out to them 24/7 at 866-222-3456.
