I deposited a check yesterday using mobile deposit, received a message "deposit successful", and I saw it in pending transactions. But today it just dissapeared. It`s not in pending transactions and not in account history. What happened? Is that check bounced or should I try to deposit ti again? TY

Typically, when you deposit a check through Mobile Deposit, if it's competed before 8:00 PM on a Business Day, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit with the funds being made available on the next business day. However, if you make a deposit through TD Bank Mobile Deposit after 8:00 PM or on a non-Business Day, we will consider the deposit made on the next Business Day we are open and the funds will be credited to your account the following Business Day after that.
If you still cannot view your deposit, we recommend that you contact us directly for more information. We can be reached by phone 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000, by visiting any TD Bank Store (click here https://go.td.com/1lvjfOJ for hours and locations) and via Secured Messages in Online Banking.
