Welcome to the TD Helps community, Allen.
As we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal information since TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. To better assist you, we can recommend connecting with one of our knowledgeable Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, they will be able to let you know the cause of the decline on your card.
You may also contact us by sending us a Secure Message through your Online Banking. In order to send us a Secure Message, it's necessary to have an Online Banking account with us and to be logged in. If you already have an online account please log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your inquiry and a friendly Representative will respond.
If you don't have an online banking account yet, signing up is quick and easy. If you have your account number, ATM/Debit Card number and Social Security number available, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you prefer, you're also invited to any nearby TD Bank Store for assistance. Please see a listing of our Stores nearest you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Let us know if you have more questions.
