Thanks for reaching out to us, Laurie.
We're sorry to hear that you're unable to view your pending transactions. We'd be happy to look into this for you.
If this is reference to a TD Bank checking or savings account, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We can take a look at your account and debit card activity to ensure that the transactions you've completed have been submitted for payment.
If this is regard to a TD Bank Visa Credit Card, you may need to set up or log into TD Card Services by clicking here: http://bit.ly/28LTtn1. If you've already set up your user name and password for TD Card Services, simply log in and you should be able to view your pending transactions. If you have not done this yet, click the hyperlink 'Not enrolled? Click here'. You'll be asked to input your card information, select a username and password, and set up security questions. Once that's successfully set up, you'll have additional access to your credit card that should allow you to see your pending transactions. If you have any trouble setting this up or have any questions at all, please give our Credit Card Customer Service representatives a call 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
Whether you're having a problem with your accounts or credit card, we invite you to stop in and see us at any of our TD Bank Stores. To find a location near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope this information is helpful. Have a great day, Laurie!
