I ordered of amazon yesterday but I could have the order. so I cancelled the order on amazon and it went through. But on my online banking it is coming up as a pending transaction. How do I cancel that so I have my money back?

Thank you for your question today, Matthew. We would be happy to help provide details on when you may expect to receive your funds.
In general, if a merchant authorizes your card and you later cancel the transaction, this can create a temporary hold of those funds on your account. This should expire and allow you to access the funds again, which usually could take up to about 3 to 5 business days.
Please keep in mind as the hold time can vary depending on the merchant, we recommend giving us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and a Specialist can confirm in better detail how long this process may take for you.
If the charge has already been collected by the merchant, we do suggest contacting them directly to obtain a refund. If any issue continues to occur, depending on the type of charge TD Bank may also be able to assist with a claim. We'd recommend that you contact us at any time using the number listed above so that a Specialist can review the transaction in detail and provide additional options.
Please reach out again if you have any additional questions, Hope!
