We understand your concern, Nipun, and we'd be glad to discuss how transactions appear on your account.
Based on your question, it sounds as though this transaction was processed using your debit card.
There are two types of transactions you're able to make when using your debit card, debit and credit purchases. Debit purchases are also known as point of sale transactions (POS). These items are processed using your PIN and typically apply to your statement the same business day in which they're made.
Credit purchases are authorized using Visa and typically do not require your PIN to make. Because these items are processed using Visa, they may take up to 3-5 business days to apply to your statement. Their application is determined by the business and when they notify TD that they will be collecting the pending funds.
If you still have concerns about the transaction and would like to speak with a Specialist, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit any TD Store or send a secure message via Online Banking. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this clears things up, Nipun. Have a good day!
