Just in case you have a pension plan with TD Ameritrade, you may contact TD Ameritrade representative directly at 800-400-3603 to update your address.

We'll be more than happy to provide you with all the ways in which you are able to change your address with TD Bank.
The first and most convenient option you have when wanting to change your address is to log into your Personal Online Banking, and you're welcome to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to do so. If you haven't yet enrolled, you're welcome to click here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to get started. To complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, debit card number, Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
Once you're able to fully access your online banking, to change your address, you'll want to click on the 'Customer Service' tab, which you can find on the top, right hand side of your screen. Then, under the 'Update Profile and Preferences' section, click on the 'Contact Info' hyperlink. From here, you can select all the accounts you wish to change your address for, and can even update your phone number and email address. Once complete, just hit 'Send'.
