Hi, does the person to whom I want to send money have to be enrolled in Person-to-person-payment service? Or I just can put his account and routing numbers and that would be enough?

This free service includes access to our Popmoney feature among others, which will allow you to make a one-time or recurring payment to another person's account either within or outside TD Bank. In order to use Person-to-Person Payments you must first be logged in to Online Banking. You're able to do so here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
Once logged in, you may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next, we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send a payment!
When sending a Person-to-Person Payment, you will have two delivery options, three-day or next-day delivery. To qualify for the next-day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful three-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. Keep in mind that the recipient does not need to be enrolled in Person-to-Person Payments in order to receive funds. They simply need to accept the transfer in which you've sent.
