how can i get personal load statement online?

We appreciate you reaching out to us today on TD Helps, Jing.
Personal Loan statements are not currently viewable online. Statements are mailed to the address on file. An additional copy can be sent via mail or fax after receiving a signed request. Please call our Financial Solutions Group between 630AM to 10PM at 800-457-2387 to request a statement be sent to you.
If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll. You should also be able to send a secured email through Online Banking to request a copy of your Loan statement. To send a secured message you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”.
If you don't have Online Banking, we can show you how to set it up. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you have trouble sending a secured message through your Online Banking, we suggest you call our Online Banking Customer Service 24/7 at 800-493-7562 at your convenience so that we can troubleshoot with you.
