Hi- We are having issues with our phone and I am calling internationally (we are on a missions trip) so the long wait times would be very expensive for me to call in and get this information. Can you please answer the following questions for me: 1. I am a TD customer but my Aunt is not. She is willing to cosign a loan for me. Can a NON TD bank customer cosign a loan application online? 2. If the loan is approved can it be deducted my existing account if it is just in my name? 3. If we apply for one amount (for example $30,000) and it cannot be approved for that amount will they let me know how much CAN be approved? 4. Do we have to go to the branch to finalize the loan and get the money or can we sign the papers through the mail, email or fax and have the money deposited to my account? OR can I give Power attorney to my Aunt to sign for me? Thanks so much for all the help.

Good Morning, Lisa. We're glad you stopped by, and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have. We'd first like to advise you that we offer a few loan products that may interest you, and you may click here: https://go.td.com/2dDsb2s to take a look. Although we do not allow co-signers for a loan, you may certainly have a co-applicant for your loan application. As long as your aunt is a United States citizen, an application may be submitted online. If your loan application is approved, anyone would be allowed to make payments to the loan. If, for example, one of the applicants would like to set up electronic payments from an existing account in the United States, an ACH form would need to be signed in order for us to be able to deduct the funds from the account. In the event that the requested amount for your loan application cannot be approved, a counter offer may be made. Lastly, you typically must be present in a Store location to close on your loan. Any POA documentation would have to be approved by underwriting, in order for the documentation to be valid for a loan closing. If you need to reach us while you're overseas, you may call us at (856)-751-9000, or collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518. Our Representatives are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will be happy to help connect you with a Financial Solutions Group Representative! We hope you find this information useful, Lisa. Thank you for your interest in our loan products, and have a wonderful day!
