When I go to the TD online page and press the for personal online banking the page keeps flashing. I have gone to the page numerous times in the past 2 months and it is still the same. You are unable to do any activate because of the flashing page. I would like to check my account but I haven't been able to do so in two months. I am unable to view statements that are sent to my email informing me that my statement is ready to be viewed.
