When attempting to use the TD Bank app on my android, I cannot utilize the bill pay option, because there is no decimal point to put in change when it provides the number key pad automatically. Thanks

Welcome to TD Helps, Kimberly. We apologize for any difficulties on our mobile site, and would be glad to provide you with some tips.
To begin, we'd recommend making sure that your device's operating system is using the most up-to-date version. If you need to make this update, once this is complete we'd also advise you to remove the TD Bank Mobile App you're currently using and download our most recent version. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link.
Once this is complete, if you're still unable to use the decimal key, we'd recommend that you download and install any free Qwerty keyboard app that is compatible with your Android device. This will correct the issue for you.
Otherwise, you may make a payment via our full site at www.tdbank.com, either on your computer or mobile device, to complete your payment. For any questions you may have, please give one of our Tech Support Specialists a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
We hope we have helped you today, Kimberly! Have a great rest of your weekend.
