why can I no longer get to talk to a live person

We'd like to let you know that we've recently streamlined our telephone process. We now have one number you can call to automatically check your account balance and transactions, or request to speak with a Specialist and we do apologize if this caused any confusion for you. You're welcome to reach us at 888-751-9000 anytime day or night, 24/7. If at any time during the call you'd like to speak with a live Banking Specialist, just press "0" and we'll be there! Or, if you prefer to review your account using the automated system, simply continue with the Bank-by-Phone service by entering your account or ATM/debit card number and follow the prompts. Rest assured though that Specialists are here around the clock to speak with you when you need us!
