Thanks for writing in on TD Helps, Rashid. There are a few options you have to check your account balance and we'd be happy to go over them with you.
We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulty connecting with us. Another option to check your balance would be to check online. If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your account balance online. You may also view the transactions as well. After you log into your account, you can click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page, and then click on the name of the account you want to view. You'll be able to see the balance there.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this service, you may click here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 for further assistance.
You can also access up-to-the-minute account information by calling using our automated banking system (IVR) at 1-800-937-2000 or contacting our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or feel free to visit one of our convenient locations near you. At our Stores, you can check your balance at any of our ATMs with no charge, or stop inside to check with one of our Representatives. If you click here: https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours, or ATMs, nearest you.
We hope you find our answer helpful and please don't hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
