The number you're able to reach to speak with a Credit Card Specialist is 888-561-8861. They are available 24/7 and may have called you from this number however there may be Specialists associated with this Department that may have a different telephone number.
We recommend connecting with a Credit Card Specialist directly to discuss your concerns about the call you've received. They would also be glad to answer any questions you may have about the application you've submitted.
