My account is active and has a positive balance, my card reads on both ATM machines and credit/debit card scanners for purchase. However, I have not changed my pin number and I have not been able to apply the pin successfully whenever I try to use the card. I also cannot bypass the pin number by selecting "Credit", because then it returns as "insufficient funds". This problem has been ongoing for a little over two days and has effected use at work, at home and for leisure. My account balance has remained constant in that time, so I don't suspect identity theft.

Hi Vanessa! Thanks for joining the conversation.
We'd be happy to help direct you in setting up the PIN for your credit card!
To either set up or change the PIN number on your TD Bank Visa Credit Card, you'll need to use our automated system. To start, please call 888-561-8861. Select option 1 and enter your credit card number. Once you're verified through the automated system, you'll select the option to 'Change your PIN'. If you've never set up your PIN before, the system will know that and walk you through the process. Once your PIN is set, you should be able to go forward using it right away.
If you have any difficulty at all, please don't hesitate to speak with a Credit Card Customer Service Representative at the number above. You can also stop in to see us at any local TD Bank Store to be assisted in person. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you have a great day, Vanessa!
