Since you mentioned that you're an authorized user and have received your TD Credit Card you should also receive a pin for your card. If you have still not received your pin, you may contact our TD Card Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861, and they will be happy to send you your new pin in the mail which typically takes 7-10 business days. Our Card Specialist also can assist you in changing your pin over the phone when you call. If you have any other questions feel free to give us a call at the number listed above.
