Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Ronald. We'd be happy to go over how to stop email alerts for your accounts. In order to remove email alerts for your accounts, you would first have to be logged in to Online Banking. To do so you may follow this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once logged in, you would then need to select the "Alerts" tab. Beneath the section entitled "Your custom alerts" there is a selection that is labeled "Deactivate All." When you make that selection it will deactivate all the email alerts that you have established for your accounts. If you have trouble doing so or if you've tried to deactivate the alerts without success, you may contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and speak to our Digital Banking Specialists. They would be happy to assist with your Online Banking needs. You may also visit a TD Store in your area during lobby hours for help. For hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. We hope this helps, Ronald and have a great day.
