I opened this account about a month ago and I still have not received a statement. I want to make a payment but I can't even log into or create an account so I just want to make a payment until this sorts itself out

Welcome to TD Helps, Sheryl! We understand the importance of making your payments on time and are glad to be able to offer you some options for paying your credit card.
If you prefer to mail a payment, the address to mail in payments for your personal TD Bank Visa Credit Card account would be the following:

Please note, mailed in payments may take 7-10 business days to be received and processed.
We'd also like to provide you with a method to contact us regarding your credit card account. Feel free to reach TD Card Services for any reason regarding your account 24/7 at 888-561-8861. If you'd like, they'll be able to let you know when you may begin receiving statements for your account.
While you're here, we'd like to share with you the option of making payments online by using the TD Credit Card website at www.tdcardservices.com. If you have not enrolled your account, you can do so by selecting the "Set up your account now" link located on the right side of the page under "Need to enroll your Account?" or, you may click here to take you directly to the enrollment page: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. There are three steps, and you will need your card number and other personal information handy for the enrollment process. Once you've successfully enrolled your account, you can make payments easily without the need to mail or visit a Store. If you continue to experience issues with setting this up, please contact TD Card Services at the number listed above for further assistance.
If you're an Online Banking Customer with a TD Bank Checking or Savings account, you may also make your credit card payments using TD Bank Online Banking at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you don't have Online Banking yet, we can get you set up! If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number you may fill out the online application yourself to access your personal account(s). Please visit: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. After these are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you have any other questions or issues setting up your Online Banking feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
You may also visit us at any TD Store, during lobby hours, to make a payment on your TD Visa Credit Card account. For help locating a TD Store near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, payments made via a TD Store or Via Online may take 2-3 businesses days for processing.
