been blocked. I am currently in Cusco,Peru and I have lost my Debit card. I was able to get through to Customer service and they told me to email and ta new card to be sent to my Peruvian address. The email addresses on both my debit card and my TD cash credit were both invalid.What should I do now? I called Customer Service this evening from Cusco, Peru to report the loss of my TD Bank (New York)debt card. I was told to send an email authorizing you to send me a replacement card to my address here. I wasn't able to log in to my account using my normal username and password and now I'm told that both my checking and my credit cards are locked because of too many failed login attempts. But I know I only logged in once and that my codes are correct. Please help me.

Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Sukhreet. We're sorry that you are having trouble with your Online Banking and we'll be able to provide a solution for you.
For the security of your account, once your Online Banking is locked we would have to speak with you directly in order to assist further. Since you are overseas, you can reach us by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or by calling collect, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to call 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone.
Once you have regained access to your Online Banking, you may send a Secured Message to request a new Debit Card sent to a different address other than what we have on record, we ask that you please provide the following information in your message:
-Your name Address to where the card should be mailed
-Do you want your card to be sent via Federal Express?
-Please also include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once your message has been received your request will be submitted.
