If you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us right away so that we may review your options and take any appropriate steps to cancel your account or card access, depending on what was misplaced. Our Customer Service Representatives are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with this process. Or, feel free to visit us at any TD Bank Store, and find your nearest TD Bank Store and lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
After account verification, we would be glad to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred. And if you have lost your TD Bank Visa Debit or ATM card, when calling us our Representatives would also be able to submit a request to have a card or cards mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days.
If you did misplace a card and would like to obtain one sooner, you're also welcome to stop by at any TD Bank Store location. We will be more than happy to print one for you while you wait.
