Thanks for making a stop at TD Helps, Maureen.
For the any check copies you need which were paid from your account in the past 60 days, you may view and print these via your Online Banking account.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please select "All Available History" from the drop down box located under the "Account History" title, after you select the "Accounts" tab. Selecting this will allow you view and print any checks that have been paid recently from your account.
Additionally, if your account was enrolled for paperless statements, your check images are available to view on the last page of your statement, for any month in which your account was paperless. To view your statements online, after selecting the "Accounts" tab and the account you would like to view, please click on the green "Statements" tab to select the month and year of the statement.
Please note that we'll only be able to provide copies of checks that have been presented to your account for payment.
If you weren't able to access the images, we have other ways to help you. You are always welcome to give one of our dedicated Banking Specialists a call at the number provided above, and they can mail copies to your home address. Or, feel free to request the copies while logged in to your Online Banking account, by sending a Secure Message. Just click on the Customer Service tab at the top right, then use the "Other Copy Requests" link to make your request. Also, if you are nearby one of our TD Bank Stores, you can request check copies there. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
