Happy to have you reach out to us on TD Helps today, Johanna.
Please understand, as we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your balance and transactions online. After you are logged onto your account, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view. Then, select from the following drop down options “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Upon account verification, we can get you enrolled in Online Banking and also review your transactions with you at that time.
If you have a Business account with us and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, you may follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. If you do not have all of the required information, you may sign up for this service by visiting your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours.
We hope you find this helpful and that you have a pleasant day!
