My spouse and I, both retired now, have had accounts with the TD Canada for 14 years. We closed our accounts on the 26th November, 2014 when we went to the UK. I am a Canadian citizen and my spouse is a UK citizen with a Canada Permanent Resident status. We will be returning to live in Canada on the 12th March, 2017 to live in Toronto and wish to re-open our TD current account so that our 4 monthly UK pensions can be transferred to Canada. Sabrina, Correspondence Representative stated in an email dated 26 November, 2014; "If you return to Canada in the future, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us again for your banking needs as we appreciate your years of loyalty.

Thank you for stopping by the TD Helps Community, Clarence. We'll be sure to point you in the right direction with your inquiry today.
As you are inquiring about your accounts in Canada, we wanted to inform you that you have reached TD Bank in the United States. We believe you meant to connect with our Partners up North at TD Canada Trust. Not to worry, we invite you to submit another inquiry on their TD Helps page here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U.
If you prefer to speak with a representative directly, you can give them a call 24/7 at 866-222-3456 and they will be glad to help!
Thanks for writing in and have a great week.
