Last Monday (11/1) I sent my landlord rent money. This was the first time using the "Popmoney" service. It is now a week late (11/7) and she has received no notice to put in her banking information nor has she received our money. I put her number in and as stated on TD's website, she would receive a message to input her information. It now says our payment is about to expire, and she still doesn't have the money. What is the hold up, and why did she never receive a message for her information?

We've now replaced the Pop Money feature with Send Money. We're glad to tell you that this service is completely free and you now have the ability to send others money instantaneously!
If you're looking for a record of previous outgoing transfers you've made, you may be able to view them in the Send Money tab in your online banking. To start, log in by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select the Send Money tab. You can also log into your app and select the Send Money icon. Once in Send Money, click the Activity tab to view all recent transfers. If you're looking for past transfers that are no longer available to view in Activity can be seen by reviewing past statements.
