Hi Anne, thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps.
How the deposit was made will effect when the funds will be available. For example if you deposited cash at the Bank’s Teller station or at a TD Bank ATM, it should be made available on the same day it is deposited. Please keep in mind, if a cash deposit is made after 8:00 PM on a business day or over the weekend, while the funds will be available immediately, the deposit will remain pending and post to your account on the following business day.
If the deposit was made by check, TD Bank will make the first $100.00 available of your daily ATM or Teller check deposits immediately for accounts that are opened 90 days or greater. Deposits made before 8:00 PM will be available on the next banking day. However, deposits made after 8:00 PM will be considered the next days' business and will post to your account on the following business day. For example, in this case, your deposit was made on Sunday, a weekend, that deposit is considered to be Monday's banking day and will post to your account on Tuesday.
Because there are exceptions that may cause delays in funds availability, we invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41, you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Just in case your deposit is still not showing on your account, we recommend contacting our 24/7 Banking Specialists immediately at 888-751-9000. Upon account verification, we'll be more than happy to assist you with your deposit.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect Online Banking, you may use this link to login http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
You may also feel free to visit us during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you.
Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, however as TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we are unable to obtain your personal account information.
We hope this information is helpful, Anne but please let us know if you have any additional questions.
