I have power of attorney for one of your customers. I have been told different stories. Last time I was told the power of attorney needed to be notarized. I have a letter from the doctor as I was originally told to get but upon my return I was told the power of attorney need to be notarized. This power of attorney is a standard form publicationed by Attorney General who has formed to me that is a legal document. Before I get notarized I want to make sure this is all I need
