I am looking to get pre approved before house hunting in order to know my price range. What are the required documents to bring into TD when speaking with someone in regards to getting pre-approved for a mortgage.

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Gina. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
We would like to confirm that, at this time, TD Bank only offers pre-qualifications for Mortgage Loan applications. In order to determine if you are pre-qualified for a Mortgage, you will need to visit your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit: https://go.td.com/2fG0oR5.
The turnaround time to receive a decision is between 1-2 business days. While you are at the Store, you will need to provide the following information:
Purchase price of the home
Your income and your debt
Tax for the home you are purchasing
Homeowner insurance cost
County and State of the home you are purchasing
We will present the closing cost to you while you're there and please also know that we'll do a credit inquiry as well.
If the home you are looking to purchase costs more than the amount you were pre-qualified for, you are welcome to apply for a Mortgage without being pre-qualified. We invite you to take a look at our Mortgage page found here: https://go.td.com/2fFWkQI. You are able to apply by selecting "Apply Now," by visiting a TD Store, or calling our Financial Solutions group.
We hope this helped answer your question, Gina, and please have a great rest of day.
