I'm interested in getting a pre-qualification for a home mortgage, what do I need to bring when I go to the bank and is there someone there to start the process on Saturdays?

Thanks for sending your question our way, Stefanie. We're glad to point you in the right direction today. When applying for a Mortgage with TD Bank, to see if you're eligible to be pre-qualified, you may visit any local TD Store for assistance. For hours and locations near you, take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. The turnaround time to receive a decision is between 1-2 business days. While you are at the Store, you will need to provide the following information: Purchase price of the home Loan amount Your income and your debt Tax for the home you are purchasing Homeowner insurance cost County and State of the home you are purchasing We will present the closing cost to you while you're there and please also know that we'll do a credit inquiry as well. You may also connect with us at 800-937-5020, available 24/7 and we'd be happy to help with your application. We appreciate your visit, Stefanie and best of luck to you.
