Prepaying Property Taxes in 2017
If I prepay my FY'18 (6/30/18) property taxes in 2017 in order to take advantage of tax deductibility under the legacy tax code, can I instruct TD Bank not to make property tax payments on my behalf, and not to include that escrow in my mortgage statement until July '18?

Being prepared for tax season is a big deal, Jonathan, and we totally understand!
You're absolutely able to contact TD to specify when you'd like your property taxes paid. To do so, we ask that you connect with a Specialist directly.
You can connect with our Financial Solutions Group Specialists in regard to your loan 24/7 by dialing 800-937-5020, by visiting any TD Store or by sending a secure message.
Review TD Stores in your area and their hours by visiting here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
We apologize for asking you to connect with a Specialist directly. TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to your account specific information to help with your concerns.
We hope to discuss this with you soon, Jonathan. Take care!
