It's good to hear from you this morning, Alison, and we're sorry if you're having trouble locating your statements for your TD Bank Credit Card. We'll be more than happy to point you in the right direction! Currently, you are able to obtain a copy of your credit card transactions through your TD Bank Personal Online Banking; however, as you mentioned that you're looking to receive a statement, and not just transactions, we'd like to invite you to review your credit card through TD Bank's Card Service webpage. While your credit card will always appear on your TD Bank Personal Online Banking to allow for convenient transfers of funds between your credit card and your deposit account(s), by reviewing your credit card through TD Card Services you'll have access to things such as your Reward Points, the ability to pay your balance with another financial institution, send a secure message to a Credit Card Specialist, and so much more! To access TD Card Services, you may simply click the link here: https://bit.ly/28LTtn1. If you haven't yet enrolled, that's okay, as you can click here: https://bit.ly/28IBsq6 to get started! Once you've successfully logged in, towards the left hand side of your screen, you should see a menu with a few different services you're able to choose from. As you're looking to print your statements, please select the 'Statements' tab. Once you've been redirected to your electronic statements, you'll have the ability to view and download any of your available statements by simply clicking the green hyperlink! If you have any trouble printing your statements on your own, or if you'd prefer to have copies sent to you, you're more than welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location for assistance, or you may even connect with a Credit Card Specialist over the phone. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. If you'd prefer to call, Credit Card Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by dialing 1-888-561-8861. We sincerely hope you found this information helpful this morning, Alison, and we thank you for stopping by! Take care, and enjoy your Thursday!
