When trying to print bill payment using the on screen "PRINT" link, it pops up my printer dialogue box but prints a page with no content. It does print the date and a local address bar across the bottom. I am using EI. I do not want to have to switch to chrome if this is fixable because Chrome will not allow printing of my statements. So at the moment I have to use both of these browsers. Would prefer your site to work in IE or at least one browser.

Hi Susan. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble printing your Bill Payments and Statements, but we'd be happy to help.
Our website is compatible with most browsers including Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. You should have the ability to print Bill Payments and Statements with either browser. At this time we are not experiencing any outages that would prevent you from printing your Bill Payments.
If you're still experiencing this problem, you may give our Tech Support Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to see if we can help rectify it. As this problem could be due to a printer setting within your computer, you may need to make adjustments to your settings or speak with Tech Support for your computer company.
