Thanks for visiting us on TD Helps, Sean. We'll be happy to assist you today!
We’d first like to inform you that we do not have access to your account via TD Helps, as this is not considered a secured forum.
Based on the error message you've received, it sounds like your debit card information is not accurately stored on Spotify. One of a few reasons could be that you recently obtained a new debit card, and you haven't updated your payment information through their site. When you receive a new debit card, whether it is the same card number or a different card number, the expiration date will be different, along with the CVC code on the back of the card. We encourage you to check that your card information stored matches with what you have on your current debit card.
If the information stored matches with your debit card, we suggest that you contact us. So that we may review this with you, you're welcome to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit your local TD Bank Store, or send us a secure message through your online banking. To view our Store locations and hours, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
We hope this information helps, Sean. Thanks again for stopping by!
