Hi I am a client of your Boston MA branch, but I reside overseas. I tried to access online after some months that I didn't get into the online banking, but the system asked me to reset the password. The problem is that it's asking me the last 4 digits of my SSN, but being a foreigner residing overseas I do not have the US SSN. Can you please help me solve the issue or provide me with a number to call from overseas (not a US toll free number)? thank you.

To get assistance, we recommend contacting our Tech Support Specialists at 800-493-7562 (option 2 for Business Direct assistance). After verification, a Specialist will be able to walk you through the process. As you have stated that you are currently not in the United States, you may also call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
