Thanks for coming by TD Helps this evening. We're sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your debit card and we'll be sure to assist you.
Based on your question, it sounds like your debit card has been blocked due to purchases that were made outside of your normal spending area. With that being said, we recommend contacting one of our 24/7 Banking Specialists directly at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a no-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to assist you. Or, you could send us a secure message through online banking as well.
If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
If you haven't done so already, you can have one of our Banking Specialists place travel notes on your account via telephone or via secure message. Once your account is notated, TD Bank is now aware of your current and future locations and can greatly reduce any service interruptions. If you choose to send us a secure message, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable. Or you can give us a call at one of the telephone numbers listed above.
Feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/1ltwDDc and http://bit.ly/1fO8wKy for tips on international travel and FAQs.
We hope this information helps and let us know if you have any additional questions. Enjoy the rest of your evening and have a good upcoming weekend.
