I am a customer and I cannot access my website from my father´s computer in Spain. It does not recognize or my Access Card number or my password that was changed by my branch manager. Maybe it does not recognize my computer. I finally resetted the password. I tried to call to 1-888-9370002 and my telephone did not put me through your representative. I need help. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
