2 individuals opened the safe deposit box jointly, with access by either or. No keys can be found by either to open the box. what would be the next step. Costs?

We're so sorry to hear that you may have misplaced the keys to your safe deposit box, and we'll be happy to connect you with someone who can help.
In the unfortunate event that both sets of keys provided for a TD Bank Safe Deposit Box have been misplaced, we ask that the owner(s) of the safe deposit box visit their nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Once you have done so, the appropriate steps can be taken to ensure you're able to gain access to your box again, if this is something you'd still like to have access to.
