Hi Shnyder! Thanks for reaching out to us.
When making a purchase online using your TD Bank Visa Debit Card or Credit Card, the merchant may ask for a CVC code. This is the three digit code printed on the back of your card at the end of the signature line. This code is unique to each card and is an extra layer of protection against fraudulent use.
If this is not the code that the website is asking for and they are specifically asking for a 'Promo Code', this is likely something internal with that merchant. Some companies will give out Promo Codes for discounts on purchases or early access to tickets or venues. If this is the case, we recommend reaching out to the merchant for additional info on what this code is and how you may obtain one.
