I've paid someone using the "send money" feature and now she says that she never received it.
How can I print out a statement demonstrating that she was paid including the details of the account the money was deposited into?

Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Yochanan!
We're sorry to hear that your friend has not received the funds you've sent. While there may not be a receipt that can be printed out, you do have some options.
If you log into your online banking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select the 'Send Money' tab, you can access all of your payment history by selecting 'Activity'. There you should see your payment to your friend. While you will not see any account information, you can review her information by selecting her name under 'Contacts'. We recommend first confirming that you do have her telephone number or email address correct. We Send Money is used, the recipient gets a notification that money has been sent to them by email or text.
If your friend has signed up for Send Money or Zelle, your transfer will be deposited directly into the account they've chosen in enrollment. If your friend has not yet enrolled in this service with her bank, she may need to enroll and retrieve the transfer.
If your recipient has not signed up, they have 10 days to accept and deposit your transfer. If they do not accept the money within 5 days, they should receive a daily reminder. After 10 days, your transfer will expire and the money will be deposited back into your account within approximately one business day.
If your friend has an account with TD Bank, it's simply to enroll and accept the transfer.
She'll need to log in to TD Bank online banking and make sure they've enrolled in Send Money. Once she's set up her mobile phone number or e-mail address (the one you used for sending the payment) the payment will display on the activity screen, ready to be deposited into her account.
If she hasn't enrolled in Send Money yet, it can easily be done through their online or mobile banking. To begin, she should log in by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Select the 'Send Money' tab and ensure the email address shown is correct. She'll then need to accept the Terms and Conditions. If she signs up for this service with a mobile number, she should select text or call to receive a verification code. If she signs up using her email we'll send her a verification code by email. Be sure she has mobile notifications enabled for TD Bank. If she signs up with her email and doesn't receive the verification code, please ask her to check her e-mail spam folder. She'll then need to enter the code to verify her email address or mobile number. Then she should be all set!
If she chooses to set up this service from the mobile app, she'll need to select 'Send Money' from the quick links or transfer screen and continue with the same instructions above.
Once fully enrolled, she should see the payment.
If your friend is enrolled and you've confirmed that you've used the correct email/phone number, we can take a look at the transfer for any additional info. We should be able to review to confirm it was successful and provide trace information. Just give us a call at 800-493-7562. Our Tech Support Team is available 24/7 and would be happy to troubleshoot this with you. You may also stop in to see us at any of our Stores to be assisted in person. We hope this information helps. Have a great day, Yochanan!
