We sold a property in Lexington, SC back in June. TD was in the loop as they provided pay-out for mortgage. Today, in Canada where I now reside, received a letter from TD advising they were placing fire insurance on the location ... which obviously I cancelled as property was sold. Would TD not check all records prior to sending such a letter?
