Hi Victor. Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question.
It sounds like you've made a purchase with someone who uses Square for their payment processing. Square is a credit card payment processing company that many merchants use to collect payments. Often you'll see companies use it when on the run with processors that can connect to tablets and phones to complete sales away from a physical store.
We'd be happy to take a look at the transaction to provide you with any additional details that may have come through with the purchase such as a phone number, company name, or type of business. Just give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. You can also send us your request by secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
If you find that this is an unauthorized transaction, don't worry! We have steps in place and a dispute process to help ensure there are no other unauthorized transactions and work to recover your funds.
We hope to hear from you soon, Victor! Take care.
