In the United States when I shopped cross-border online and pay money by using Worldpay or Paypal account which bind my debit card or credit card, also the transaction is processed in US dollars, would you charge some conversion rate or others poundage?

At this time, we do not charge foreign transaction fees when using your TD Visa debit card making purchases overseas, including online. If the transaction is processed in U.S. dollars, your account should be charged for that amount.
