I purchased a Sofa from Raymour & Flannigan along with the platinum fabric coverage and the financing was through TD with a dual branded Visa card. I have paid off the purchase. After 2 weeks the fabric began to fray and "pill" and the technician sent to inspect said that it was not repairable as that is the nature of the fabric and that I should contact the store for resolution. they are telling me that "pilling" is not covered, this is after 2 weeks of use. I can drop a running chain saw and they will replace the fabric but not from normal wear. I understand that this may happen after munths/years od use but 2 weeks? dose TD Vias offer services similar to AMEX in disputes?
