I added my wife to my checking account in store yesterday and she is not able to view the account on her business direct account online like we were told. How can we get the account to be viewed online by her if its not showing up ?

Hey Diana, thanks for coming by TD Helps! We would be happy to help.
Please allow at least 3-5 business days for your request of adding your wife to your Checking account to be successfully submitted. Once your request has been submitted, we ask that your wife visit her local TD Store to request the ability to view the personal Checking account on her BusinessDirect Online Banking. After this request, your wife should then be able to view the joint account via her BusinessDirect within 1-2 business days.
