Hi. While I lived in PA, I opened a TD bank account as debit card. However, since I moved to Indiana, I haven't use the card or online banking for so long that my account is not active. I have called the service hotline and the representative told me that i have to go to a branch to re-active my account. I really don't have time to fly to the east coast just for re-active my bank account. Could you help me find out other way to do it?

Thank you for writing in today, Wanyi.
In order to access an inactive or dormant account, you would be required to step inside a TD Bank location with proper photo ID to reactivate it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as you state that you are not currently residing within our East Coast footprint.
To take a look at our Store locations and their hours the next time you're able to stop in, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have any other accounts with TD that are still active, keep in mind that there may be an alternative. You are more than welcome to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and upong proper authentication of another account that you have, we may be able to assist.
We hope this helps and have a nice day.
