We have an business account on name ********** and I want to wire money to Cartagena Nv in Belgium

To transfer funds from your TD Business account to an account in Europe, there are two options available.
For the first option, you may visit a TD Store during lobby hours to complete a Wire Transfer. Feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations nearest you.
During your visit, you will be asked to provide the following:
The full name, address (including City), State/Province, Country and account number of the person/business you are sending money to (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number). Also, you'll need the full name and address, including City, State/Province and Country of the Financial Institution receiving the funds, plus, of course, the amount and currency of the transfer.

We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services.

For more details on our Treasury Management Services, please check out: http://bit.ly/1p7oaBi. To confirm if you are eligible to utilize eTreasury, please contact your local TD Store.

I have seen in the account this transaction aren't authorized.The person who can sign lives in Belgium.Is it possible to send the papers to us en we send it back by email?

We apologize as a wire transfer may not be done via email as it is considered unsecured. Once you are ready to initiate your wire transfer, please stop by and visit us and we'd be happy to help in person.
If we misunderstood your question and you are looking to receive a wire transfer, please know that when receiving an incoming wire, the funds would automatically be deposited into the receiver's account and a signature is not needed.
