Fees can certainly throw a wrench in banking, especially overdraft fees. We'd be glad to get you in the right direction, Charlene.
TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we're unable to review your overdraft concerns directly as we don't have access to account information at this time. Don't worry though!
You can connect with a Banking Specialist 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Once speaking with them, they will be happy to review your account, discuss why the fees were assessed and ways to avoid them in the future.
Our Specialists are also available at any TD Store during lobby hours to review your account. Check out locations and their hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Sometimes our Customers don't have the time to call or pay us a visit and we understand! Send a secure message to a Specialist using Online or Mobile Banking! To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
We hope to hear from you soon so we can review your account together, Charlene. Take care.
