Welcome to TD Helps, Noelia. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
As this is pertaining to your specific account, we would need to review this further with you. We would like to assist you directly; unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
You may contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and our Representatives would be happy to review your account and the transaction in question. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. For Store hours and locations nearby, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you are not currently enrolled, you may do so at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number and email address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s). If you have any trouble enrolling, we ask that you contact the number mentioned above or visit your TD Store during lobby hours.
Whichever method you choose, if it is found that you did not make the transaction in question, our Representatives would be happy to help you file the necessary disputes.
We hope this helps, Noelia and have a good day.
